Building Efficient Green Computer Experimental Teaching Platform Based on Virtualization Technology

摘要: 虚拟化本质上是对物理资源进行封装以屏蔽软硬件资源的差异性的技术手段,最终实现对IT资源的按需分配、提高效率、降低成本。通过引入虚拟化技术,构建以虚拟服务器、虚拟存储以及虚拟桌面为基础的高效绿色计算机实验教学平台。实践证明,在解决传统模式计算机实验室存在的成本高、可用性差、资源浪费严重等问题的基础上,该平台还可以完成原先难以实现的复杂实验项目,极大地丰富实践教学手段和提高服务水平。

Abstract: Virtualization essentially encapsulate the physical resources according to need for IT resources, the technical means of the differences in shielding the hardware and software resources, and ultimately, improve efficiency and reduce costs. Through the introduction of virtualization technology, the paper builds an efficient green computer experimental teaching platform based on virtual servers, virtual storage and virtual desktop. Practice proves that in addressing the high cost and poor availability, serious waste of resources and other problems existing in the traditional model of computer labs, the platform can also complete the complex experimental projects previously difficult to achieve, greatly enriches the practice teaching methods and improves the level of service.
